Refund policy

Returns on First Time Online Purchases

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we want you to feel comfortable trying new products. We offer a refund* or exchange for all item(s) you didn’t enjoy for any reason the first time you purchase it/them as long as the return is within 30 days. 

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Exchanges are only eligible for the same product or alternate product of equal or similar value.

After 30 days, we provide partial store credit code of 50% of your original purchase if you are not pleased with your order, however this is limited to 60 days after purchase.  After 60 days, we will not credit an order.

To be eligible for a refund return* or exchange for your first order, your item must be > 50% unused, in the original packaging with the labels and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


To start a return, you can contact us at info@goodtroublecos.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If you would like a refund instead of an exchange, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We regret that we will be unable to refund original shipping costs with the return*

Returns on Online Purchases Second Time and Over

Any time after you first order a product, it will only be eligible for exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy). Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until we are able to confirm receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Products and issues
We take it upon ourselves to ensure your package arrives safely, so we will replace any items that arrived damaged in transit.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for photos of the damaged/defective/incorrect package. Please also file a claim with the mail carrier as they are responsible for the damage.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
